We're delighted you're considering Fair Oaks Village Dental. Whether it's been six months or several years since your last visit, you'll be met with a warm welcome and zero judgment. Here's everything you need to know to get started.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment is all about getting to know you and understanding your oral health. It typically includes a comprehensive exam, any necessary digital X-rays, an oral cancer screening, and often a cleaning. Dr. Chaw will review his findings with you, answer your questions, and discuss any recommended treatment, clearly and without pressure.
What to bring
- Photo ID (driver's license or similar)
- Your dental insurance card, if you have coverage
- A list of any medications you take
- Relevant medical history and your previous dentist's contact info
- Any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss
New patient paperwork
